Standard Embroidery
The majority of embroidered designs are achieved in this way.
The entire image is created using an array of different stitch types and angles. The result is a textured image that reflects the light and give that classic stitched look.
Embroidery works best on heavier weight items or fabrics with good stability, ideally suited for Jackets, Caps, Beanies, Bags, Hoodies & Business Shirts. It is not recommended for light weight or cotton/spandex blend t-shirts, where the large number of needle impressions tends to distort or create holes in the fabric.
Because of the nature of creating a design with thread, some simplification or adjustment is often necessary. The smallest text that can be achieved with good readability is around 5mm high and at this size some font characteristics are often lost.
